Christmas cards

I'm so bummed... I was a little late getting our Christmas cards ordered but was supposed to receive them in time to have them in your mailboxes by Christmas eve. Well, the big snow hit and we have yet to receive them ourselves. Wishing you all a very merry Christmas!!! You will find a card in your mailbox soon!

Catching piggies

Lila has found her toes! She thinks it's great fun to pull off her socks and chatch her feet. She can't quite get them into her mouth yet but is trying.

The Tongue!

Lila just figured out that she has a tongue. She sticks it out, licks her jacket or onesie, then sticks it out some more. It's pretty great.

The baby whipserer worked his magic on Lila and her cousin Sawyer yesterday at Marta's birthday party.
Lila discovered beer bottles and couldn't keep her eyes off of it. I am so very proud of her, but she needs to get her own and stop trying to take mine.
We got Santa pictures at Macy's downtown. The folks working there were very patient and helpful trying to get her smile for the picture. The picture turned out pretty good. Not a big smile, but she's not balling her eyes out either.

It's Dad's Turn!

Dad is bored out of his mind with all the snow and cabin fever is setting in, so it's his turn to spice up the blog. Lila is growing like a weed and doing all kinds of news things everyday. It's pretty entertaining watching her figure out new things.Lila and Oscar are about as evenly matched as they will ever be. Lila weighed in a 14 lbs. 13 oz. Oscar just weighed in at 15 lbs. even. She is tenacious, but seriously, he's quick as a cat.


I think Lila hates the internet because everytime she and I are surfing the web she falls asleep. It's about the only thing Dad is equipped with to get her to go to sleep. Thank you Internet.
